Application Ready: Strategies for a Standout Medical School Application


This is an interactive virtual workshop designed to help pre-med and post-bacc students navigate the medical school application process with confidence. Whether you're just getting started or refining your materials, this session will equip you with the tools to submit your strongest application.

Sonia Chinedu, is a first-year medical student at the UC Davis School of Medicine. She earned her B.S. in Biological Science from the University of California, Irvine where she developed a passion for mentoring other premedical students. Sonia currently serves as the Co-president of the UC Davis chapter of the Student National Medical Association and on the National Board of Directors for SNMA as the Co-chair of the Academic Affairs Committee.

Brianna Royston is a first-year medical student at UC Davis School of Medicine. She attended Washington University in St. Louis for undergrad, where she majored in Anthropology with a concentration on global health and the environment. Brianna currently serves as Co-president of the UC Davis chapter of the Student National Medical Association and Co-Director of River Pediatric Clinic.
